The code of conduct for the project. This is the Markdown version of the [Contributor Covenant Code of Conduct](https://www.contributor-covenant.org/version/2/1/code_of_conduct/). Configuration file for the "Pull Request Labeler" workflow defined in `workflows/labeler.yml`. This file defines rules how labels are assigned to pull requests based on which files are changed.

The license of the project.
